ABOUT THE OWNER

I built the CRM
my business needed.

Running a service company taught me what I needed from my software. Building my own CRM gave me a way to put those lessons to work.

THE OWNER BEHIND THE BUILDAnthony MillhouseOwner, City Garage Door Service

I’m Anthony Millhouse, owner of City Garage Door Service. Like many service business owners, I know how much has to happen between the first phone call and a completed job.

Customer details, schedules, estimates, pricing and follow-up all need to stay organized, even when the day doesn’t go as planned.

The tools helped me see what I needed.

Over the years, I used platforms including Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and Jobber. That experience showed me how valuable a CRM can be. It also helped me understand what I needed from a system of my own.

For my business, subscription costs, paid features and integrations were becoming harder to justify. Updates and feature changes often meant adjusting the way we worked. I reached a point where I felt I was organizing my business around the software, and I wanted a better fit.

So I built one for my own company.

I took matters into my own hands and built a custom CRM for my garage door business. The goal was practical: automate the tasks that made sense, keep the workflow organized and make everyday information fast and easy to find.

I wanted consistent pricing, clear steps and tools that felt straightforward to use during a busy workday. Ease of use mattered just as much as capability. Every decision came back to a simple question: would this make the work easier to manage?

THE IDEA THAT STAYED WITH ME

Software should support the way your business works.

That experience became the reason for this business.

I wanted to bring the same thoughtful approach to other service companies, starting with how they actually operate and what their teams need.

The features and examples shown here are a starting point for that conversation. Your business has its own services, pricing, people and processes. A custom CRM gives us the opportunity to build around those details and create a system that supports the way you work.
